My Old Guest Book!

Hey Charles.  Great place of yours! During a night of boredom in this cold and freezing country way up north, I found my self dreaming away to one of the most beautiful places on earth; El Nido, Palawan. I searched through "AltaVista" which came up with your site - so, here I am... It has been nice to get a look into your life, and I intend to come back later. My own homepage is still under construction, but I'll return with a invitation to visit it, when it's ready to go on-line.

Take care - and remember to live your life.
Mr. Moon.

I recently came back from a sightseeing\vacation\business tour of Palawan (January '99). I was really impressed by the flora and fauna of the islands. Never did get to see most of the places that I wanted to see due to time constraints but I think it is one of the best places to visit in the Philippines.

I also wanted to commend you for having a great looking website.

Like yourself, I, also is somewhat of a pseudo Audiophile. I have Carver amps and Surround sound speakers (Polks) and Sony CD players.

Anyways, it is a pleasure to write something here in your guestlist and I think I found a place for RETIREMENT - i.e. Puerto Princesa City by the beach. (Near Nagtabon Beach)

Talk to you later...

Hi Charles,

I thoroughly enjoyed your home page-I found it very interesting and informative.   You can't say that about most peoples' home pages!!

The way I found it was in a search for facts on gold; you included everything I wanted to know!

I travel to Thailand once in a while and have purchased a fair amount of gold there.   It is of extremely  pi!

nes.  I've been in Phil. twice in the last couple of years for R and R...it gets a bit isolated here

and I enjoy visiting your country.

Mabuhay!!!

Thanks for permission to surf into your life! I’ve never been in such a website which includes almost the whole personality of a person. Sounds rather unexperienced? I am. In most of my internet-sessions I spend the time on commercial sites. I was in search for a high-end amplifier FM 800A, manufactured by FM-acoustics which I was offered today. Do you know whether and in what magazine this amp was tested ? Is it sensible to buy a twelve year old amp? What should I pay? I hope you don’t mind so much questions! I could give you some advice over martin-logan sequel II and OTL-tubeamps of atma-sphere. Greetings and thank you in advance,

Came looking for a picture of the night blooming cereus to show new neighbors and their children what we'll be seeing in my backyard in about a month on a cool and usually wet night. I get maybe eight blooms at most a year from my two plants but it is enough for me to find space in the house each winter. When spring comes they get a place of honor in the shade and always put on their great show come fall. Searched for Cereus +flower on the Alta Vista.

Charlie = found your site while looking for information on the P200 MMX chip. I use a P133...switching to a P200 MMX in two days. After reviewing your site I see you are located in the Philippines. My site deals with a World War II naval battle in the PI...the Battle Off Samar, 25 October 1944. I also see that you have Palawan listed on your site. The remains of the US submarine Darter is still there, located on Bombay Shoals. She ran aground there on 23 October 1944 after attacking a Japanese Fleet. My wife is from Tondo Manila. I married her in Olongapo City in 1987 and we now reside in the US. See ya!

Have recently bought Sonus Faber speakers and enjoy them VERY much. When trying to read about them on the net, I kept bumping into your nice home pages. You must be a gadget lover, like myself. I went completely overboard with the new hifi system, consisting of Mark Levinson 39 CD; 38S pre-amp and 331 amplifier. Upgraded the 331 for a 333 two weeks ago and have not regretted any part of the system, including the Minima Amators. I hope you enjoy your system as well as I do. Again, thanks for the home pages. Wish you well

I found your homepage while searching for information about the Walther P99. My favoured gun today. It`s hard to find information about this gun in the net, so I was very surprised about your detailed information. I own this gun since 13/12/96 and the serialnumber is 1175, so whats yours? Maybe you are interested in getting more information,e.g. about the "fast-cocking-holster-prototype" , a special .45 version tested by a german SWAT Team? So if you are interested, I`ve also got a few more questions.

While vacationing in San Francisco, I was able to attend the recent Hifi97 show held at St. Francis Hotel. FM Acoustics products were demonstrated in one of the hotel's 9th floor display room. Their Amps products did surprised me a lot after being so accustomed to listening the Mark Levinson and Krell Product lines. I also like their clean craftmanship particularly the preamp. Their most impressive product lines during the demo were the resolution series phono preamp and the phono interconnect cables by Precision Interface Technology. Keep up your good work!
