III.    VACATION ESSENTIALS

1. PACK LIGHT: Bring only the things you need. Separate your city clothes (which you can leave behind the hotel) from your hiking/swimming gears. A small daypack is recommended to carry things you need along the trail. The lighter your load, the easier and faster you move around. The benefits: more places to visit, more sights to see, more enjoyable our vacation!

2. BEACH GEAR: Sunblock, Chapstick, goggles/mask/snorkel, swimsuit, cap or hat, sunglasses, slippers/sandals.

3. HIKING GEAR: Hiking boots/ sneakers, shorts, leggings, windbreaker or light sports jacket, bandanna or scarf, camera & waterproof container.
